• Registration for Unwind the Grind courses and masterclasses is made via the on-line registration process through our website.
• The registration process allows the option to pay by credit card at the time of registering. Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.
• An auto-generated confirmation of Registration email will be forwarded to the registrant within 1 hour of the on-line registration completion confirming details of the event.
• Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
• If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD.

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website i.e shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

• Please note that we have a no-refund policy. Once your online transaction has been successfully completed, you cannot withdraw or cancel the registration.
• If a registered attendee fails to attend a course or event for which they had registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.
• Unwind the Grind reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule live online events due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Where a refund is due to a participant a full refund will be made within 14 days via the same method payment was made.
